On February2^nd, the International Students College heldonlinework meeting. The meeting was chaired by the directorShao Xiujuanand all the teachers attended.

At the beginning of the meeting, Dean Shao introduced the current situation ofNovel Coronavirus Pneumoniain China and the situation of foreign students who stay at Shenyang now. She pointed out that the protection of students who stay at Shenyang is the first mission of the International Students’ College. She emphasized that although it is holiday now, the development of the epidemic is urgent and all teachers should cancel their vacations, work at home and be on call at any time.

Each teacher needs to introduce the epidemic prevention knowledge to the students in charge, and inform the students to reduce going out. In addition, each teacher must report the student's position and physical condition everyday to the International Students’ College since today.
