11月26日，留学生院组织本学期第三次《中国文化》课外调研活动，42名来自不同国家的留学生在教师带领下走进沈阳怪坡东北虎园，以沉浸式体验感受中国的生态保护成果与虎文化魅力。此次活动旨在通过实地调研，让留学生跳出课堂深入了解中国文化多样性。
On November 26th, the International Students' College organized the third extracurricular research activity of the semester, "Exploring Chinese Culture". Under the guidance of teachers, 42 international students from various countries visited the Northeast Tiger Park in Shenyang's Guai Po, immersing themselves in the experience to appreciate China's ecological protection achievements and the charm of tiger culture. This activity aimed to enable international students to go beyond the classroom and gain a deeper understanding of the diversity of Chinese culture through on-site research.
在虎园工作人员引导下，留学生们乘坐安全观光车探访散养区，近距离观察东北虎、白虎等珍稀动物的生活状态，聆听关于东北虎保护历程的讲解。部分留学生在安全区域参与投喂互动，用镜头记录猛虎风姿。随行教师结合虎在中国传统文化中的象征意义，现场讲解相关民俗与典故，让生态观察与文化学习深度融合。
Guided by the park staff, the international students took a safe sightseeing vehicle to explore the free-range area, observing the living conditions of rare animals such as the Siberian tiger and the white tiger up close, and listening to explanations about the conservation history of the Siberian tiger. Some students participated in feeding interactions in a safe area and recorded the majestic appearance of the tigers with their cameras. The accompanying teachers, in combination with the symbolic meaning of the tiger in traditional Chinese culture, gave on-site explanations of related folk customs and historical stories, integrating ecological observation with cultural learning.
活动尾声，留学生们分享调研感悟，留学生表示对中国的野生动物保护工作印象深刻。此次虎园之行不仅丰富了留学生的文化体验，更让他们直观感受到中国人与自然和谐共生的发展理念，为跨文化交流埋下种子。
At the end of the activity, the international students shared their research insights. They expressed a deep impression of China's wildlife protection efforts. This visit to the tiger park not only enriched the cultural experience of the international students but also allowed them to directly feel the Chinese concept of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, sowing the seeds for cross-cultural exchanges.
