12月15日，土木工程学院与留学生院在留学生院 404 会议室联合召开留学生人才培养交流会。土木工程学院院长赵中华、领导班子其他成员、专业负责人、银龄教授等，留学生院院长邵秀娟、专任教师、辅导员及两学院办公室相关人员参会，旨在扎实推进留学生土木工程专业人才培养工作，提高教学质量与育人成效。
On December 15, the Civil Engineering College and the International Students College jointly held an exchange meeting on international students' talent development in Room 404 of the International Students College. The meeting was attended by Zhao Zhonghua, Dean of the Civil Engineering College, other members of the leadership team, program directors, senior professors (including Professor Yin Ling), as well as Shao Xiujuan, Dean of the International Students College, full-time teachers, head teachers, and relevant staff from the offices of both colleges. The meeting aimed to solidly advance the talent development of international students in civil engineering and to improve teaching quality and educational outcomes.
会上，双方围绕五大核心议题深入研讨。在人才培养方案方面，明确2025级方案修订将立足岗位需求调研与国际院校经验借鉴，优化学分设置、强化实践环节、融入智能化课程；2024级后续课程将参照新方案酌情调整。院际合作交流上，确定共同申报教改课题、培育教材、开展学术沙龙等合作事项，同时明确土木工程学院将协助留学生院教学创新与竞赛指导，留学生院将为土木工程学院师生提供深造与留学支持。课堂教学管理与质量提升方面，达成将加强出勤管理、增加过程性考核比例，创新课堂地点、形式与内容，通过试讲选拔授课教师、定期交流教学情况等共识。实践教学环节，将由土木工程学院研究所统筹，修订实习任务书与指导书，新增校外企业参观环节。此外，双方还就语言生专业认知培育等事宜交换了意见。
During the meeting, the two sides held in-depth discussions on five core topics.Talent Development Plan: It was clarified that the 2025 curriculum revision will be based on research into job market demands and lessons learned from international institutions, focusing on optimizing credit requirements, strengthening practical components, and incorporating courses on intelligent technologies. Subsequent courses for the 2024 cohort will be adjusted accordingly based on the new plan.Inter-college Cooperation: Both parties agreed to jointly apply for teaching reform projects, develop teaching materials, and organize academic salons. Additionally, the Civil Engineering College will assist the International Students College with teaching innovation and competition guidance, while the International Students College will provide support for further education and study abroad opportunities to the faculty and students of the Civil Engineering College.Classroom Teaching Management and Quality Improvement: Consensus was reached on strengthening attendance management, increasing the proportion of formative assessments, and innovating in classroom locations, formats, and content. It was also agreed that teaching staff would be selected through trial lectures and that teaching experiences would be regularly shared.Practical Teaching: The research institutes under the Civil Engineering College will take the lead in coordinating the revision of internship task sheets and guidelines and introducing off-campus company visits.Other Matters: The two sides also exchanged views on fostering professional awareness among language program students.
此次交流会凝聚了两学院育人共识，明确了留学生人才培养的重点方向与具体举措，为进一步提升留学生培养质量、深化院际协同合作奠定了坚实基础。
This exchange meeting helped build a consensus on talent development between the two colleges, clarified the key directions and specific measures for cultivating international students, and laid a solid foundation for further enhancing the quality of international student education and deepening inter-college collaboration.
