1月5日，留学生院全体教师于留学生院404召开2025年度工作总结会，副校长李厚艳出席，会议由留学生院院长邵秀娟主持。
On January 5th, all faculty members of the International Students College gathered in Room 404 to conduct the 2025 Annual Review Meeting. Vice President Li Houyan attended the meeting, which was chaired by Shao Xiujuan, Dean of the International Students College.
留学生院9名教师依次对上一年度的工作进行总结。在招生工作方面，本年度实现了学生生源国增加，生源数量从年初100人增至现在340余人，增幅达240%，同时进一步推进了与俄罗斯、摩洛哥等高校的联合培养项目；在教学管理方面，除常规教学工作，本年度留学生院也实现了省级课题、软著成果的突破，同时留学生院也首次承办学生竞赛，为中外学生提供了更多的提升机会；在留学生服务保障方面，本年度实现了学生“零舆情、零事故、零犯罪”的管理成果；在组织跨文化活动工作上，本年度持续探索，先后组织百余名学生参观辽博、游览鸟岛等地，并成功举办了“迎新晚会”等大型活动。
The nine faculty members of the International Students College collectively summarized the work of the previous year. In terms of enrollment, the number of source countries for students increased this year, and the number of students grew from 100 at the beginning of the year to over 340 now, a growth of 240%. In addition, the college further promoted joint training projects with universities in Russia, Morocco, and other countries. In teaching management, besides regular teaching work, the International Students College achieved breakthroughs in provincial-level projects and software copyright outcomes this year, and also hosted a student competition for the first time, providing more opportunities for both Chinese and foreign students to improve. In terms of service and support for international students, this year achieved the management results of "zero public opinion, zero accidents, zero crimes." In the organization of cross-cultural activities, the college continued to explore and more than one hundred students have been organized to visit the Liaoning Provincial Museum, Bird Island, and other sites. Large-scale events such as the "Welcome Party" have also been successfully held.
留学生院9名教师也对2026年度的工作做出了计划。在招生工作方面，未来一年将继续扩大招生规模，在此基础上提升生源质量；在教学管理方面，下一年度将继续提升课程质量，同时积极开展教研、科研工作，鼓励、指导留学生参与学生竞赛，以赛促学，全面提升学生培养质量；留学生服务保障方面，将继续优化学生入学、入住宿舍、签证延期等流程，以便给予学生更好的日常管理服务；跨文化活动工作层面，未来将举办更贴合学生需求的活动，给予学生更好的校园体验。
The nine faculty members of International Students College have also formulated plans for the 2026 academic year. In terms of enrollment, efforts will be made to further expand the enrollment scale while enhancing the quality of incoming students. Regarding teaching and management, the coming year will focus on continuously improving course quality, actively advancing teaching and research initiatives, and encouraging and guiding international students to participate in academic competitions, using competitions as a means to promote learning and comprehensively enhance the quality of student development. In the area of student services and support, processes such as student enrollment, dormitory accommodation, and visa extensions will be further optimized to provide better daily management services. For cross-cultural activities, the college plans to organize events that are more aligned with students’ needs, offering an improved campus experience.
9名教师总结结束后，院长邵秀娟就学校对留学生院工作的大力支持表示衷心的感谢。副校长李厚艳对留学生院2025年的工作给予了高度肯定。在教育对外开放的背景下，留学生院保持了正确的政治站位，贯彻落实学校扩大国际化办学的纲领，2025年度留学生院生源大幅提升，这样的好成绩离不开留学生院全体教师的执行力与凝聚力。
After the summaries presented by the nine faculty members, Dean Shao Xiujuan expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the university for its strong support of the International Students Office. Vice President Li Houyan gave high commendation to the Office's work in 2025. In the context of the open-door policy in education, the College has maintained a correct political stance, implemented the university's agenda to expand international education, and achieved a significant increase in student enrollment in 2025. This success is attributed to the execution ability and cohesion of all teachers in the International Students College.
最后，副校长李厚艳也对留学生院2026年度的工作进行了指导。首先，继续保持正确的政治站位，作为实现国际化办学的先导队，需保持现有招生力度，实现生源数量、质量的双提升；第二，完善组织架构。逐渐实现教学、学生管理、招生等工作的专门化，帮助教师在一个领域深耕，提升部门工作效率与质量；第三，通过完善师资架构、提升教学质量等方式优化专业建设水平，实现学生培养质量的提升；第四，提升留学生就业服务水平，帮助学生实现高质量就业，完成学生“入学-学习-就业”在华成长的闭环。
At the end of the meeting, Vice President Li Houyan also provided guidance for the International Students College's work in 2026. Firstly, the College should continue to maintain the correct political stance. As a pioneer team for internationalization, it needs to sustain the current recruitment intensity and achieve a dual improvement in both the quantity and quality of student enrollment. Secondly, the organizational structure should be refined. The College should gradually specialize in teaching, student management, enrollment,and other functions, enabling teachers to focus deeply on a specific domain, thereby enhancing departmental efficiency and quality. Thirdly, by optimizing the faculty structure and improving teaching quality, the College should enhance the level of development of all majors, leading to higher student training quality. Lastly, the College should enhance employment services for international students, helping them achieve high-quality employment, and thus complete the "enrollment-learning-employment" growth cycle for students in China.
留学生院全体教师将在2026年度保持2025年的干劲，实现招生数量以及培养质量的提升，不断完善教学及日常服务管理质量，助力学校国际化办学水平的提升。
In the 2026 academic year, all faculty members of the International Students College will maintain the momentum of 2025, aiming to increase both enrollment numbers and the quality of student training. We will continuously improve the quality of teaching and daily service management, contributing to the enhancement of the university's internationalization in education.
