中秋佳节临近，为让来华留学生沉浸式感受中华优秀传统文化的深厚底蕴，2026年9月22日，沈阳城市建设学院国际教育学院依托汉语课堂及课余休息时间组织开展中秋节主题文化体验活动，让留学生近距离感受中国传统节日的独特韵味。

As the MidAutumn Festival draws near, the College of International Education of Shenyang Urban Construction University organized a themed cultural experience activity for the Mid Autumn Festival on September 22,2026. Leveraging Chinese language classes and spare time, the event aimed to offer international students an immersive experience of the profound heritage of fine traditional Chinese culture and allow them to get a close up taste of the unique charm of traditional Chinese festivals.

国际教育学院院长邵秀娟、党总支书记于明鑫深入各班，为留学生送上学校精心筹备的月饼以及学院准备的特色茶饼，将一份份节日慰问亲手交到留学生们手中。在亲切温暖的交流互动里，传递中华传统文化独有的温情与意蕴。

Shao Xiujuan, Dean of the College of International Education, and Yu Mingxin, Secretary of the General Party Branch, visited each class. They presented international students with mooncakes carefully prepared by the university and special tea cakes provided by the college, personally extending festive greetings to every student. Through cordial and warm exchanges and interactions, the unique warmth and profound implications of fine traditional Chinese culture were conveyed.

汉语课堂上，专任教师们也为留学生细致讲解了中秋节的文化内涵与传统习俗。作为中华民族重要的传统节日，农历八月十五的中秋象征阖家团圆，赏月、品月饼、寄心愿都是流传已久的节日习俗。同时，还组织留学生动手制作中秋宫灯，同学们亲身参与手工实践，在动手体验中进一步领略了中华传统民俗文化的别样风采。

In Chinese language classes, full-time teachers also gave international students a detailed introduction to the cultural connotations and traditional customs of the Mid-Autumn Festival. As an important traditional festival of the Chinese nation, the Mid-Autumn Festival, which falls on the 15th day of the eighth lunar month, symbolizes family reunion. Moon gazing, tasting mooncakes and making wishes are time-honored festival customs. Meanwhile, international students were organized to make Mid-Autumn palace lanterns by hand. Taking part in the handicraft practice, the students further appreciated the distinctive glamour of traditional Chinese folk culture through hands on experience.

本次中秋文化体验活动，既是面向在校留学生打造的特色文化育人课堂，也是国际教育学院推进国际化办学的一次生动实践。留学生们通过聆听中秋故事、手工制作宫灯、品尝传统节日美食等丰富形式，深度感受了中华优秀传统文化的魅力，搭建起中外文化沟通互鉴的良好桥梁。

This Mid-Autumn cultural experience activity serves not only as a distinctive cultural education class tailored for on campus international students, but also as a vivid practice for the College of International Education to advance internationalized school-running. Through a variety of engaging activities such as listening to Mid-Autumn Festival stories, hand-crafting palace lanterns and tasting traditional festival delicacies, international students gained an in depth insight into the charm of fine traditional Chinese culture, building a sound bridge for communication and mutual learning between Chinese and foreign cultures.
