For the students who will complete the Chinese language study here on July 2 and ask for the T visa.

1.Chinese Law

According to <Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China>Article 37, Foreigners who stay or reside in China shall not engage in activities not corresponding to the purpose of stay or residence, and shall leave China prior to the expiry of the prescribed duration of stay or residence.

So, for all the students, normally, when you complete you study here, you need to leave China before your visa expires.

2.Requirements of Shenyang Immigration

The T visa can only be issued once, the maximum duration of the T visa is 30 days. The T visa can’t be changed into study visa any more in Shenyang. Not all the students will get the maximum duration (30 days T visa extension). You are required to provide the appropriate and sufficient proofs for the T visa. The 30 days T visa extension is calculating from the date of application, not calculating from the expiry date of your current visa.

So according to the above-mentioned regulations, for the students whose visa will expire on July 25 and will complete study here on June 2, we school has already gave you 23 days extra visa to deal with your personal affairs. Normally, after you complete study here,you should leave China before your visa expires. 23 days is not a short time,and is enough for you to deal with your personal affairs.

If you want the T visa, according to the requirements of Shenyang Immigration, Firstly, you should provide the appropriate and sufficient proofs. Secondly, please check your average attendance rate of this spring semester,

For the students who get the average attendance rate above 60% of this spring semester, we will help you issue the documents for the application of 30 days T visa (but whether it is granted, it is decided by the immigration at last). On July 24, you can come to the office to collect the document for the T visa extension, the best situation is that you can get the T visa until August 24.(because the maximum duration of the T visa is 30 days, and the 30 days T visa extension is calculating from the date of application, not calculating from the expiry date of your current visa)

For the students who get the average attendance rate below 60% of this spring semester, the best way for you is to book the ticket to leave China before your visa expires. If you still want the T visa, on July 5, we will issue the documents to you for the T visa extension until August 5(but whether it is granted, it is decided by the immigration at last). If you have the admission from another school, you can also ask the new school to give you the T visa or extend you study visa before it expires.
