According to <Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China>Article 32 Foreigners residing in China who apply for the extension of the duration of residence shall, within 30 days prior to the expiry of the validity period on their residence permits, file applications with the exit/entry administrations of public security organs under local people’s governments at or above the county level, and submit relevant information of specific application matters in accordance with relevant requirements. If upon examination, the reasons for extension are appropriate and sufficient, an extension shall be granted; if an extension is denied, the foreigner concerned shall leave China on the expiry of the validity period specified in their residence permits.

Therefore, for the visa extension, you are required to apply for the visa extension within 30 days prior to the expiry date on your residence permits according to <Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China>Article 32.

All the students whose visas will expire on 25 July, you are required to apply for the visa extension before June 25 if you want to continue study here, which means you should pay the tuition and relevant fees before 25 June, so plan ahead and prepare in advance.
