Dear all undergraduates,

The Summer Holiday lasted from 15 July-23 August. Currently, the summer holiday has ended.

You are required to return to school to register for the new fall semester, pay the fees stipulated immediately, and get your visa extended as soon as possible.

According to <Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China>Article 32 Foreigners residing in China who apply for the extension of the duration of residence shall, within 30 days prior to the expiry of the validity period on their residence permits, file applications with the exit/entry administrations of public security organs under local people’s governments at or above the county level, and submit relevant information of specific application matters in accordance with relevant requirements. If upon examination, the reasons for extension are appropriate and sufficient, an extension shall be granted; if an extension is denied, the foreigner concerned shall leave China on the expiry of the validity period specified in their residence permits.

Therefore, for the visa extension, you are required to apply for the visa extension within 30 days prior to the expiry date on your residence permits according to <Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China>Article 32.

All the students need to pay one year tuition, one year insurance (800RMB one year, Charged by the insurance company), one year visa fee(800RMB one year, Charged by the immigration).

If you live in the dorm, you need also prepare the dorm fee.

If you have course to relearn, you also need to prepare the fees.

1.For the students who pay the one year tuition, we will extend your visa until 15 September 2025 ( but visa extension for graduates in 2025 is 25 July 2025).

2.All the students need to pay the one year insurance fee 800RMB, The duration of the insurance should cover the duration of the whole 2024-25 academic year.
