2026 年 6 月 18 日，端午佳节将至，沈阳城市建设学院国际教育学院在汉语课堂上举办了端午节文化主题活动，带领留学生亲身体验中国传统文化的魅力。
On June 18, 2026, ahead of the traditional Dragon Boat Festival, Shenyang Urban Construction University's International Education College held a cultural theme activity in Chinese language classes, enabling international students to experience traditional Chinese culture firsthand.
专任教师在汉语课上向学生们详细讲解了端午节的由来与历史背景。端午节是我国重要传统节日，每年农历五月初五举国欢度，节日的由来主要与纪念爱国诗人屈原相关。活动期间，老师讲解了挂艾草、佩戴香囊、赛龙舟、吃粽子等传统习俗的文化内涵。活动中还特别组织同学们一起体验如何制作艾灸锤。留学生亲身参与手工制作，在实操过程中学习中华传统文化。
Teachers provided detailed explanations about the origins and historical background of the Dragon Boat Festival during class sessions. Celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month, this traditional Chinese festival commemorates patriotic poet Qu Yuan. Teachers also explained the cultural significance of customs such as hanging mugwort leaves, wearing scented sachets, dragon boat racing, and eating zongzi. A hands-on practice session for making moxibustion hammers was organized. Mugwort has insect-repelling and disease-preventing properties; ancient people believed it could pray for peace and good health. This custom reflects the Chinese nation's pursuit of health and understanding of nature. International students participated actively, learning traditional Chinese culture through practice.
同时，国际教育学院院长邵秀娟及教师们向留学生发放粽子、绿豆糕、五彩绳等传统节令食品与饰物。为让学生更深度体验端午文化，沈阳城市建设学院留学生院后勤集团特别烹制粽子。国际教育学院院长邵秀娟与党总支书记于明鑫分别走进各班级，亲手将节日美食送到学生手中，在温馨互动中传递中华传统文化的温度。
The college distributed traditional festival foods and accessories to students, including zongzi, green bean cakes, and colorful silk strings. Through tasting zongzi and wearing colorful silk strings, students gained more intuitive understanding of the Dragon Boat Festival's cultural connotations.
