To further advance education through service and gratitude, and fully support international students studying far away from home, the International Education College takes student dormitories as a key platform for education. Balancing thoughtful services and standardized management, the College strives to build a warm, harmonious, civilized and orderly residential environment for international students, and continuously improve the quality of education.
国际学生远离故土、异地求学，在校住宿生活是校园育人的重要环节。学院始终坚持以人为本，聚焦国际学生适配难题，常态化摸排学生诉求、精准对接学生所需，在生活帮扶、日常关怀、适应指导、安全规范等方面细化服务举措，全方位为留学生排忧解难，以细致入微的学院关怀温暖异乡求学之路。宿舍宿管阿姨坚守一线岗位，默默值守、贴心服务，常态化开展安全巡查、环境维护，暖心关怀住宿学生，用平凡坚守与温情陪伴，为学生安居保驾护航。近日，学生代表专程为宿管阿姨送上锦旗，诚挚致谢其长期以来的悉心照料，充分彰显学院感恩育人的良好成效。
Living on campus constitutes a vital part of education for international students pursuing studies away from their homeland. Adhering to the people-oriented philosophy, the College focuses on challenges international students face in adapting to campus life. It regularly surveys student needs and delivers targeted support by refining services covering living assistance, daily care, adaptation guidance and safety regulations. The College addresses difficulties encountered by international students in all respects, accompanying them on their overseas academic journey with considerate care.
Dormitory wardens remain dedicated to their frontline duties, providing attentive services. They conduct routine safety inspections and environmental maintenance, caring for resident students and safeguarding their accommodation with persistent devotion and warm companionship. Recently, student representatives presented a silk banner to the dormitory wardens to express sincere gratitude for their long-term thoughtful care, a vivid demonstration of the College’s fruitful education on gratitude.
在温情服务的基础上，学院持续优化宿舍治理模式，构建“教师统筹管理+学生自主自治”双向联动机制。依托学生自律委员会，常态化开展楼栋安全排查、卫生督导工作，及时收集并反馈学生住宿诉求，高效推进问题整改；积极开展文明宿舍创建、安全宣讲、邻里文化交流等活动，营造互助友爱、和谐融洽的住宿氛围，助力国际学生快速融入校园生活。
Building on heartfelt services, the College keeps refining the dormitory governance model and establishes a two-way linkage mechanism featuring overall faculty administration and student self-governance. Supported by the Student Self-Discipline Committee, regular work including building safety inspections and sanitation supervision is carried out. The committee collects and forwards residential demands in a timely manner to facilitate efficient problem rectification. A series of activities such as civilized dormitory campaigns, safety briefings and neighborhood cultural exchanges are organized to foster a mutually supportive and harmonious residential atmosphere, helping international students integrate into campus life expeditiously.
常态化的暖心服务与自主管理，有效锤炼了学生的自律意识与责任担当，形成自我教育、自我服务、自我监督的良好育人格局。下一步，国际教育学院将持续深耕宿舍育人阵地，优化住宿服务与管理体系，以温情育人浸润学子成长，着力培育心怀感恩、知华友华的优秀国际学子。
Consistent considerate services and student self-management effectively cultivate students’ self-discipline and sense of responsibility, forming a sound educational framework of self-education, self-service and self-supervision.
